Limited warranty coverage

Flowkottu warrants its products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original Amazon purchase date, subject to the conditions below. Coverage applies to the original purchaser and normal use on the compatible vehicle listed for the product.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects affecting the cover, rails, canister, locking components or supplied installation hardware
• Premature failure of a covered component under normal installation and use
• Verified missing or defective components reported with purchase information

What is not covered

• Damage caused by incorrect fitment, installation, adjustment or modification
• Collision, misuse, overloading, neglect, theft, vandalism or severe weather events
• Normal wear, cosmetic change, fading, scratches or damage from cargo
• Products purchased from an unauthorized channel or without proof of purchase
• Labor, removal, installation, vehicle damage, shipping costs or other incidental expenses unless required by law

How to request warranty service

1. Open the Flowkottu purchase in Amazon Your Orders.
2. Contact the seller through Amazon messaging.
3. Provide the order number, truck details, a description of the issue and clear photos or video.
4. Follow the troubleshooting or return instructions supplied after review.

Approved remedies may include replacement components, product replacement or another remedy appropriate to the verified defect. Rights may vary by location.
