Return eligibility

To qualify for a standard return, the product must be unused, uninstalled and in resalable condition. Return all rails, slats, canister parts, clamps, drainage tubes, hardware, instructions and protective packaging supplied with the order.

Start a return through Amazon

1. Sign in to Amazon and open Your Orders.
2. Find the Flowkottu purchase and select the available return or seller-contact option.
3. Choose the reason and follow the provided packing and shipping instructions.
4. Use the issued return label or authorization. Do not send an unapproved package.

Refund timing

After Amazon or the seller approves the return and confirms receipt, the refund is normally processed within 1 to 2 business days. Your financial institution may need additional time to post the credit.

Condition and exceptions

Installed, damaged, incomplete or altered products may be ineligible for a full refund unless the issue results from a verified manufacturing defect. Return shipping and restocking treatment follow the reason for return, Amazon policy and applicable law.
